Aqaba Jordan Intercontinental Hotel
After exploring many places in Jordan, including Petra, we drove south to the bottom of the country. After checking in and the night flight from Amman to Aqaba, which was hardly done, I arrived at the airport and headed for the Intercontinental Aquaba to stay there. I wanted to take a break in AQaba and so after checking in I checked in at my first hotel in the Middle East, the Al-Jazira Hotel in Jeddah. I drove south towards the depths of this country and finally to a hotel just a few kilometres away.
The Israeli side came, I used the hotel and crossed the border to start my Jordanian adventure. The hotel offers free transfers to and from the airport, but I was not sure if this was because Royal Jordanian offers flights or not. If you prefer to use a private car transfer, they also offer a free airport transfer. You can send me an e-mail for reservations to cresset @ travel.com with your reservation or travel @ travelling. com.

The pool area itself is beautiful, a very large, curved pool stretches from the back of the hotel, overlooking the Red Sea, which is beautiful. There is also a 200 m2 lagoon-style pool if you do not want to plunge directly into it, but it is beautiful.
If you are tempted to get off your feet, you can take a private yacht cruise around the Red Sea or if you prefer to relax and do sightseeing, you can have the private yachts cruise from the hotel. You could also consider staying overnight in Aqaba, but it is possible to take a day trip to one of the other hotels in Aqaba, such as the Intercontinental Hotel. Next time you travel to Jordan, you will have a great time visiting all the intercontinental hotels, including our hotel, and the resorts in and around A Qaba.
If you are looking for a smaller, more authentic design hotel, I would encourage you to explore the Al Manara next door.
